Tek Gurung (Babu) was born and raised in the remote village of Butawol which is located in the central part of Nepal. He started his career very early at the age of 20th. He holds immense love and passion towards this profession. He holds experience in following trekking regions like Everest, Kanchenjunga, Manaslu, Annapurna, Langtang. And many more. He is one of quick learner in different substance and able to exchange the different customary.

Tek Gurung has joined with Visit Himalaya Treks since company established and starts his carrier from the porter. Tek Gurung has become a reliable and most appreciated trekking guide with his satisfactory work.
